Shipments and Returns
Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment, but may not be shipped together and may arrive separately. Some items may be shipped directly from 3rd parties, so may be packed differently but all items will be well packed and protected.
Shipping times may vary depending on your choice of delivery, but in most cases your items should arrive between 1 - 3 working days after notice of being dispatched for customers within the United Kingdom. Overseas customers may expect longer delivery times from 1 - 2 weeks depending on your location. We also do not accept any liability for any import or customs duty payable by customers from countries outside of the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to alter our preferred shipping methods from time to time and also reserve the right to ship items via a method that differs from the one you selected should we deem it necessary.
Returns
If for any reason you should wish to return your purchase, please contact us first so that we can arrange the best method of return. Items returned to us without appropriate returns information may not be processed.
We are happy to refund or replace unused and unopened items, however reserve the right not to accept returns in used, opened or in generally poor condition. For downloaded items, they are considered used once they have be downloaded from our website.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
